Like with all Nobu Hotels, Nobu dining is at the heart of what we do. After years studying Japanese cuisines and travelling through Peru, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa formed his signature style. At Nobu Restaurant and Nobu Shoreditch Bar + Terrace you will find Nobu’s famed classics, alongside dishes inspired by the local vibrant and creative neighbourhood.

Nobu Shoreditch Restaurant, led by Executive Head Chef Sandi Richmond, serves an array of Nobu classic dishes, such as Yellowtail with Jalapeño or Black Cod Miso, pioneered and created by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and found on Nobu menus worldwide.
The restaurant seats 240 guests and includes an immersive sushi counter and al fresco terrace, perfect for summer evenings.
